79 degrees and sunny

I can't believe how awesome the weather has been this week! It's kinda hard to believe that we've had two snow/ice storms this past month. It would be great if the weather was like this every day, 79 degrees and sunny. :)

Funny

I so wish that I could take a picture of the way my hubby fell asleep tonight, but I know he wouldn't think it was as funny as I do.

Oh well.

Yesterday

Me - "Layton, you look so gangster in that hat."

Layton - "No, I not gangster, I'm fwesh."

Me - "Ok, you look fresh in that hat."

Layton - "No, I am super fwesh."

Learn it. Live it. Love it.

Goodness

I'd have to say that my all time favorite thing to cook nowadays is this. 

It is the most awesome pot roast I've ever made or eaten. LOVE IT! I do, however, blame PW for about 85% of my weight gain this past year. Most, if not all of her recipes call for butter. Real butter.

Butter.

The word alone makes my ass wider.

Anyway, since the carrots are our favorite part of the dish...

They're seriously sinister after they've roasted in all of the goodness for 3/4 hours.

Another thing I love are these little gems.

The store was out of the flavor that I usually get so I decided to try these. They're freakin' good! I love anything "wing" flavored so I had to give these a chance. 

I'm glad I did. You should try them.  :)
